As far as leaving your cars at Cecil the weekend of the Bracket Finals, you are permitted to. Cecil County will be open between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on both Saturday & Sunday (Sept. 18-19), so you will be able to drop them off between those hours. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
