I have work Sat. and Tara has a race Sunday. will be the first time we missed it in 4 years.
Sunday only. If it rains thursday and friday, saturday is going to be the "hot" ticket in my opinion. They will manage to get all the sportsmen cars to make or have at least one shot at qualifying that is normally spread out over those days. Though it might push the first round of the alcohol cars to early sunday, which is good for me :D

Saturday is now out for me today. Shooting for Sunday if possible myself
Went Sunday with my son,had a great time, weather cleared up after short sprinkle.Saw a couple of members there. The action was great. Not too many oil downs and the nets worked twice,LONG TIME to reset. We stayed until 8:00,rather watch racing than sit in traffic.Drive home long but no delays, went thru manhattan, lincoln across 34th st. right thru.Faster comming home.
It sucks to have to travel that far though.Cheese burgers reminded me of LID but $6.00,fries worst than LID,they were fawful.Cold Bud $4.00
The second TA/FC that went in, went in HARD. (5.555 @ 260 plus through the traps!)I knew that was going to be a long cleanup (40 minutes for the first one). I had a sick kid and a exwife who has no sense of humor so we left then. (4:30) We were in Mastic at Checkers by 7:55.

3hrs. 25 minutes to get home.
DAMN!!
including a stop for gas (2.43) and a beverage stop for the uncomfortably ill child at the Wawa on Union Hill rd. And ten minutes to walk to the car. Considering the ride in was a tad over two and a half hours (damn Holland tunnel was closed WB) including a meal stop at Mickey D's in Sayreville, I was okay with that.
