Apparently there are 2 dates set up for the Nassau Colisium, july 13 & 27.
I went back and forth with a few e-mails, and seems KOOKS is donating a drum of VHT, 2 classes, 1 money, the other trophy, car must be 100% street legal.

I hear it's about 100 or 132 ft distance. It'll be funny when ppl talk about thier ET's as it will probably sound like 60ft times. I will try to make it as well to check things out.

I emailed Jay, got some specifics

Yes we have the 2 dates you referred to, and 3 possible dates in August
(10th, 17th, & 31st). The August dates are not yet confirmed.

Cars are to be street legal, registered, muffled, DOT tires all the way
around, helmets. We have 2 classes, one for trophies, and one for money.
Trophy cars will run a bracket tree, money cars will run a pro tree. Entry
fee is $20 trophy & $50 money classes. The money class will have a 50%
payback, with $500 to win if 32 cars show. The prize money will go up or
down according to actual entries; example, 16 cars would be $250 to win, 64
cars would be $1000 to win.

Sign-in starts a 4pm, test & tune at 5, eliminations between 7:30 & 8.

After work and paper work im looking at 5:45 pm the earliest to walk out of here...then run home take a shower and head into the traffic area of nassua county...

yeah the Friday thing through me at first. I'm working from home this Friday so it works out well

Tomorrow nights event will not be happening. The coliseum tryed hitting the event up today with a ton of extra bills. Nothing like waiting until the last minute. The organizer of the event(Jay) is trying to find a new venue to host the event as i type. Please spread the word... Lets keep our fingers crossed. This was going to be fun for street racers and track racers.
