They usually come with single exhaust and a 5.0 . Or at least mine did. IIRC there were two appearance pkges. The "basic" one with steelies and wheel covers, (the bottom picture) and the upgrade with aluminum wheels (the top picture). The other option was the taxi/police setup with HD suspension,driveline, etc. They used to be a dime a dozen, ($600-900) now the price/value is steadily creeping back up. Really nice ones are going for $1500 and more. My buddy has a 89 you would like. Stone sleeper, runs high 13's.
