Stafford Springs motor speedway, swap meet and small car show, and car corral. Its more of a huge swap meet then car show. Its put on bt the Ty-rods street rod car club. I'v been going since the early 80's. If the weather is nice , its a good day out... to start the season off . Then comes Etown the next week or the week after. I'll check the date... its always on the Sunday...vendors set up on Saturday

The date for Stafford Springs is Sunday April 5 2009, I believe gates open at 8.00 am, put on your walking shoes...its a big swap meet. From the Throgs Neck bridge its about 125 miles, take 95 to I91 north to I 84 east , about 20, 25 miles you will see an exit Stafford Springs, get off exit make a left and follow the main road to the speedway, you can park right across from the track on someones property, they will charge you 5 bucks, its well worth it especialy if you buy something and want to bring it to your car instead of carring it a round. You get hand stamped to get back in. Any questions ask me !
