When you do an aerial view the land looks vacant like an old dump site.

A track looks like it might fit if it runs parallel to Straight Path.

Has anybody looked into this land already?

What surrounds this site?The cemerety might be an issue right up front and if it's residential around that forget about it.Traffic issues would come up and it's not enough land for Marty's people.It's a good search though more centered on the Island but I think it has to many negatives.
