Just an idea/suggestion.

After the New Year I think it would be a good idea to possibly meet for breakfeast on a Sunday morning.

The dinner would be central so no one would have to drive too far.

I would like to put a face to the usenames and discuss a plan of action for 2009. :hello:

We can discuss the below link on how we should attend the meeting. The Civic meeting is on Jan. 19, 2009. Steve Levy will be the guest speaker. Maybe we can talk to him about the real facts what a Motorsports Park would do for Suffolk County. I don't want to bash him but create open conversation with him.

Even if we don't get to speak will show unity.

I have no problem with affordable housing. The Motorsports Park would be great family activity and help stabilize our taxes.

Well there was certainly ice this morning. About 5:00 AM there was a flash freeze and everything was a sheet of ice. It was dangerous this morning. We had to salt all the roads and lots again this morning. Could not believe all the accidents. One of the trucks went down. When I went out on the rescue mission, between exit 36 and 40 on the expressway there were (4) accidents two of them involved ambulances. I was going about 35 on the expressway and people were flying by at 65-MPH. Utter stupidity, surprised there was not more.

Well tomorrow is starting to look like a bust again for me. Calling for 2" -4" for western Nassau and suffolk. City looks like close to nothing. But the weather forecast change by the minute. The only job where you can be right half the time and still have a job.

Ditto for me. Wish I could of been there. Got doubled dipped with the snow. We hit all the lots and roadways, I go home have dinner and take a shower and then have to come right back in for the additional snow.
