Moroso Motorsports Park is going under renovation.www.morosomotorsportspark.com I can't help but notice the similarites to ideas at Epcal & Yapank.Well at least it's not news of another closing.Bad times are a good market for this here land prices down housing available,job creation you name it.Get while the gettin's good.

any news on epcal tmac .the land must be worth alot less then what they bid.would they be better off to default on it & just
walk away?

Checked the LIMA board dead air at the moment.Marty's the guy to ask,but this to me is a great time to push foward the idea.Land prices down,housing down and available,Levy's popularity down he could use some friends and Levyland isn't popular but maybe the old Top Gun idea for that site would be.The county could use the money and the land is just sitting there costing money.The question is would the people Marty has be interested in that site or is it too small 240 acres.:confused:
