Its a 1000 feet, not 1/8 mile and not because of fuel, but safty. Bring back 1320 for fuel cars

Well the three crashes were unique, yet in the eyes of those paying settlements I would imagine it doesn't look that way.

The problem still exist because they still are running well over 300 mph at 1000 ft anyway, 320 feet goes by in a blink anyway. They now have a electrical plug on the burst panel under the blower that will shut offthe fuel, kill the electronics and release the chute in case of a blower explosion. When blower goes all this stuff happens instantaineos and is supposed to help in case driver is disorianted when the shit hits the fan. It might help in the future, and might have helped scott on that last run! Rip scott
