its an hour and a half from my house....68miles.....but if its on long island..you know im gonna be there...a race is a race...and it will get my reaction time to perfection....i hope..

Thats about all its good for, practicing reaction time, getting your launch down and trying to better your 60ft's. then when your all dialed in there you go to the real track.

yes you can.....but if you ever tried it....its a fun day .....as for the lie service road...sure....but id like to run someone and not have to look over my shoulder...ive street raced in the 60s as a young guy...it was different....we also drove drunk....different time....today...they have laws and rightfully so ...get caught and you really loose......and im not about to do that...the good old days of that stuff is....over.

There is some baaaaaaaaaaad stuff roaming the streets these days. You just never know with all of the turbo/supercharger stuff you can fit under the hood, out of sight.
Then there is the occasional "bottle scientist". And a few old schoolers who do it with displacement. Or so I heard..... :D

12.80s are for kids...lol
He wouldn't leave me alone till i raced him, and i half throttled it, spun all of first and second (shitty street tires). Got out of it to get some traction and half throttled it in third and beat him by about 4 cars. he hooked and went right off the line and i was pulling on him and passing him while spinning.
just because i said i raced a 12.8 SRT-4 doesn't mean my car runs 12.80. I have to get a set of slicks and get to the track.
