People that took those bad mortgages for the most part are people trying to get over Get what you can pay for or get lost.

Why do you blame people for taking mortgages and spending money when it is the greedy banks/brokers that made this issue?


I don't think you realize how this really got started...and how people were not truly explained to about what they were getting into...
Then when they found out and asked and tried they got denied because banks were thinking they'll make 3 fold on all the real estate and they got burned, i for one actually like seeing the greedy scum getting burned and hope they wouldn't get bailed out by ANYONE.

Not one of the people that is or about to lose there home got a mortgage they couldn't afford, not the 1st 2 years, not the end of the 3rd year... but by the 4th year when there mortgage went up another 1400 or 2000 a month, because a lot of people were told hold onto your money and go with this mortgage, and then not explained the full details of the deal,... and the mortgage companies telling them don't worry, in 2 years you come back and we'll get you into a nice mortgage...... then the realestate took a shit and they couldn't..... this is what started it,.... the closer was the banks holding the mortgage not being willing to work with the owner and fixing the rate to a normal 5/6/7 but making them die at 12/14/16...

I do not feel bad for any of the scum banks dealing those people short...

The govt bail out for all purposes is supposed to help.....but were dealing with greedy banks... it's not going to work, they would be better off giving the money to the people getting screwed then giving it to the banks...

It was in Newsday again today. This is for the existing track owners where they can depreciate their businesses faster for tax purposes. The one I like is the wooden toy arrow manufacturer that will get $2 million in tax breaks over the next ten years. WTF!!!!! :sign5: You would think the government for one moment could the BS aside. We are in trouble, I feel this is going to be the mid 70's all over again economy wise. Enjoy the ride because we are being taken on one.
