Anybody here going to the Shakedown @ E-Town next weekend?
If so maybe we can meet up.
Since I am not gonna be able to go to the No Time Nationals this weekend, it is a possibility.

i know it's still early....anybody make the trip today? kids won't eat next week & i could stand to lose a pound or 2 so....gonna head out sunday AM & hope i don't have to park out by pension rd like last year-though that mile hike to the pits does save a buck's worth of gas :D

Just got back from the Shakedown. Best 2 days of racing I've seen in a very long tome. Records fell like dominos. Scott Cannon in the Headhunter Plymouth Superbird Pro Extreme qualified at 5.73/252.
Jim Halsey in the Yellowbucket.com Camaro Pro Nitrous was first in the 5s Saturday with a 5.99 and ran them at will today. I'm going to start to work on them to get them up on my site this week.
I did send a wheelstand photo of a black Monte Carlo from Saturday's qualifying to competitionplus.com
Awesome day

Post a link when you do.
Went Sunday great races despite some minor oil downs and wall kisses.Records were shattered in every class running.!0.5 tires in the sixes. That Camaro was Yellow bullett.com a drag racers website with about 16500 members I posted about us there don't know if it will do any good but I also told them to post here if they have a petition or track needing support. We'll see. That Camaro ran 5.95 all day sunday the air was perfect, the right lane was a little loose early.
Oh yeah getting home sucked as usual almost 4 hours.I should remember to cut through Manhattan, everytme I did no problem.
I could never see any track working on Staten Island.BQE sucked.
We need something here badly.
