I normally go with just my GF, and I have been in LT2 row Y for like ever. My kids wanna go this year so I sold those tickets and I'm gonna G A my way in with them. Prolly gonna sit past half track on the RHS.
It started with just me and my Bro-in-law, then added dad (since it use to be on Fathers day) one friend joined the fun. This year my neice is going to experience nitro for the first time hehehehehe
I've been goin' to the Summers' since 85. That was when it was the begining of the "swing" where they left Etown and went to Denver,Sonoma, and Seattle.
I gotta laugh, I remember when they sent the survey out for where to move the event to for more comfortable viewing weather. (1990 or so) Well we are almost back to the second week of July again........ I still say it's easier to run the "big" number when its cooler. It took skills to run fast in July.
My kids have been around nitro since they were in the womb. I guess that's my fault eh? I 'spose I could have done worse.

Yeah, I know. Hopefully it'll be cooler in August then it will be at E-Town in July. I used to go when it was the Summer Nationals and got burnt and sweated my ass off all day long.
Good time as always!! Got a little hot at the end on the day. Once I get the pictures developed (didn't want to bring the digital) I'll post them.

A buddy of mine was in the tower at the finish line... he got some really good pics. Tony Schumacher, Ron Capps and Del Worsham came down to hang out there.
