Well, anywhere is a good spot. Theres nothing around the H/D lot, so muchies require a ride out on the road. I don't know about this spot. I like when I can walk across the street or down the road a few stores and grab a slice or burger or coofffffeeeee!!!!!

Port washington works for me. Not far from home and that one could get clearance from the wife to go to. The town dock is located on Main St over by Louies Restruant.

we are now meeting in the king kullen shopping center on shore road. the town dock was off the beaten path. now more people see us and stop in to see what is going on. Take lie exit 36,(R) north at the light, searingtown rd. turns into port washington blvd, take it to main st. (L) on main to shore rd, (R) on shore rd. its the second shopping center on the right. there is pizza, burgers, dunkin donuts, carvel, subway, movies, rite aid, all rite there. we had about 15 cars last week, but just starting out. come on down.

I don't know where a meet is on Friday besides Bellmore. (OPUt of the loop)

Port is right up 112, 10 minutes farther and there are more people around to talk to.

The Park n' Ride at Patchogue is in it's infancy. It is state property with no hassles from, well, anyone. Anytime you gather in a parking lot with stores, sooner or later someone has a problem with it. Just ask the guys from Oakdale (thursday nights) or Kohl's in Deer Park (Saturday nights). It is desolate, and a pretty far walk to even a bathroom, but I am willing to deal. So you stop for a beverage before you get there, and if need be, you take a quick ride for "relief". After all, it is why you have your ride isn't it? To drive it? And who knows while you are at BK or wherever, you might meet some other of us who will follow you back and add to the numbers. This isn't gonna be Bellmore Friday nights instantly. Just my $.02....

Well tonite we had 16 cars at the shopping center.A few of us went to get some ice cream at carvel. Stayed for about 2 hours. Now next week we are meeting at the town dock on lower main street only because someone put an ad in the local paper stating that we were meeting there. I personaly like the shopping center better but we will see what happens next week. Come on down and hang out.

we meet at 7pm. from the L.I.E, exit 36, left under expressway (searingtown rd). take it down to main street( it will be a couple of miles) in port washington. left on main down to the water. the dock is on the right.

from northern blvd, left on plandone rd in manhasset. take it into plandome village, at the fork inthe road make a left then follow it into port washington to the dock. it will be on the left.
