Hey all. Mikelbeck dropped me a line from another MoPar site and said since I started drag racing again, (LOL, Kind of) I should stop on by and join up. So here I am. Watching Pinks before work, LOL.

I took my daily driver (1979 Dodge Magnum, 400/727/9-1/4 w/3.55's) down to E-town for the MoPar only meet and ran it some. At least I got to dial in the carb better. Entered trophy class just to re-get the feet wet.

I'm building a '74 Duster to screw around with. Nothing fancy, low level drag car entry.

A swap a /6 for a 318/904/8-1/4 3.21 sure grip axle with 11 inch drums and a disk swap still yet to be done. Floors are next up though. Gotta stop the Flintstone thing.

Well, that's it. Off to work!

:hello:Welcome aboard. I was at the mopar nats myself this past weekend on saturday. The turn out was kind of poor.:violent1: I suppose the fact there was a chance of rain, hign fuel, not the greatest run event, and from seeing that it was competing against another event in columbus ohio. Praise the lord for the LX foruum guys they had a big turn out. Still I great day got to make runs and meet some people for the mopar boards.

Tanx Cowbay, MB. If everyone who bitched and didn't show, showed, the event wouldn't be half bad at all. You are surely right about the LX forum guys. I'm not to sure how much the competeing Columbus show urt, but I had some great help from a couple of fellas from Mass. and met a French/Canadaian (sp?) guy. Seen more than a few plates from Penn.

Don't worry, the MoPar guys will cry the loudest when it's gone.

Hey Art. Yes! I remember you. Tall fella. I shall return there ASAP for sure. It's real nice to get out and enjoy others with cars and shoot the brezze. I have also mentioned this to a few car guys at work. I hope they show up to hang out with the gathering.

I grew up and lived in south eastern Nassua (Seaford) and Bellmore was right close. I was apart of it from summer one. So I miss the gatherings There is allllllmost something allways going on in that county. Now that I'm out here, I'm not in the loop of whats out here. Save Bald Hill. I also know of a small meet on 25 a bit further out. Not exactly doable for me I think.

MB. My main computer is having some problems. Best described as the veiw screen is showing me columns of horontail lines of voilet, for the most part in color and has a hazey look. When I scroll or move the picture in any direction, it leaves trails like you would see in a movie describing someone vision while tripping. Think 70's TV. It is very difficult to see anything when it does this. And it does it most of the time. Not allways.

Got a clue?

All my pictures are there.

This lap top has nothing and is more the wifes collage computer for the last 4 years. So I do nothing on this as to keep it clean, clear and empty of my bologna. If this thing gets screwed up, that's it.

Is it a desktop or a laptop? If it's a desktop, it may be the monitor or video card getting ready to die. I've got a couple of spare monitors, you could have one if necessary. Depending on the video card, I've got a couple of extras of those, too. I could bring them with me Saturday to Home Depot in Medford.

The problem computer is the desk top.
Let me check facts with the wife on the in's and out's and what the heck it is besides a Dell.

Is it still under warranty?

Send me a PM with the details with what it's doing so I can see if I can figure out what's going on.

That is the plan. The weather is s'posed to be really nice, I might actually get out early.
I solved my computer woes. I unplugged them and use the one at work or the nice brandy new ones at the Library.:D

No worries. My youngest was (and is) under house arrest for two weeks, so I rolled a little later than usual. There will be other times.
