Riverhead chooses Rechler to develop Calverton land

After a week's delay to review offers and a two-hour pause yesterday to reconsider things one last time, Riverhead's town board picked Rechler Equity Partners of Melville to develop a large industrial park on land formerly occupied by a Grumman jet-fighter assembly plant.
