While on ebay the other day listing items for sale to help pay for parts for the motor I am building, I came accross this fixer upper. It is little out of my price range.

It is amazing what one can find on ebay.

For 465,000 you could buy a nice house on L.I. or http://www.res88.com/93/index.html

What is more amazing that includes 93 acres. In the hamptons you could not buy an acre for that. Also looks like the track has not been used in a few years.

My only question to this listing is why?

Probably because someone had a lot of time and an '86 Sedan Deville to cut up. The engines are fun (I had one in my '84) to play with. I have been wanting an '84 Coupe Deville since, well, a long time. Last year for the RWD Coupe. The ones I find are usually just too rough or $15,000 which is out of reach for moi. Gotta have dreams......

Wow. That's gonna take a bit of bodywork to get it to even be a little presentable. It looks like it's spent some time at the bottom of a lake. ;-)

Hey, cheap MoPar "B" body that can be an easy mod, AKA deleated certain ISO suspension parts. Otherwise,, it is a typical hop up deal. It'll respond like any older car would. The only item that kind of stinks is the longer T-bars and possible problem of rotted K frame at the rear level mounting area.
