After reading that I think we are ahead of Charles Manson and the Son of Sam killer as being most evil. :sign5: Having satan in our camp really does not help our cause. But then again I have read revelations and I do not remember reading that one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse was driving a blown hemi either. Seriously people actually believe this which is quite sad.

I think I can explain the people in the picture.From left to right,guy #1 doing something to butt of guy #2,guy#3 trying not to laugh at 1&2,guy #4 rehab,guy at podium reenacting Police Academy 1 just saw guys head pop out,guy#6 saw movie,woman in #7 spot dead batteries,women 3"s 8&9 looking for third husbands,the hand is legal counsel never wants to be seen just paid.:D

That guy at the podium...he looks like someone I have seen before?? HOLY CRAP it's CONEHEAD BELDAR'S brother NIMBAR.I always knew these "beings" to be allien..just not that allien. But it all makes sense now, don't you see...? they are trying to take over our planet with their N.I.M.B.Y.ism.Maybe somehow we can intergrate them into our society??? mmmm I am not sure if that will be possible? I was just cruising through the internet and I found a publication put out by the US Dept of Justice under COPS Community oriented policingservices.
There were some intertesting points especially what this board proposes in regards to finding a legal site for racers as seen on page 36 providing a safe alternative (it lists specific examples) and page 43 under specific response to street racing. Please note it is not under the responses with limited effectiveness. So even the federal government realizes that tracks serve a public good by reducing street racing overall. :3gears:

Good find Cowboy.A report resembling this should be in existance with Suffolk Cty.as they did a study.All the evidence is there IT WORKS.Notice some of the hrs of operation street hours.This is what we're all about.WHY DON'T THEY LISTEN:poke:
A buddy of mind in traffic safety sent me a thing,that resolution from Cooper it answers nothing it just states a committee was formed did a study and was adjourned.Nothing about findings but a clip about passing a bill to impound vehicles.A real civic minded foward thinking conclusion.It did state a member from the NHRA and NDRA were part of the committee.I find hard to believe they would see vehicle impounding a cure.The committee had a budget they had to make a report.It's somewhere.
