With the popularity of 1/8 mile Outlaw heads up racing happening all over the South, Dave Hance has put together an 1/8 mile challenge for all Ultra Quick 8/10.5/Big Tire type cars to introduce 1/8 mile racing to the Raceway Park fans for Sunday, November 18. The class will feature an eight car qualified field.
The rules are simple – NHRA license and chassis certification a must, run what you brung & hope you brung enough and no minimum weight. Be safe, go fast & have a blast!
With Alex Napp putting $2,000 towards the pot, the payout will continue to grow. You can call Dave Hance at 516-322-8142 with questions about the race and sponsorship opportunities available.
Sunday, November 18 gates open at 8 am with two qualifiers tentatively set for 11 am & 12:30 pm and eliminations at 2 pm.
