Actually the pictures tell the story. The place isn't near anyone. No pesky folks with complaints nearby. The only track I have been to in the last couple of years where the town truely embraced it was the oval at Jennerstown, Pa. It is in the middle of town! They know what they have and support it. Everywhere else it seems to be some sort of battle. I'm liking the asking price though......
