Bribery is what Bissonette says. And she is right. Patchogue Medford SD got some PILOTs as did Brookhaven and "magically" everyone was in favor. :mad: Yes we need additional generating capacity. It should be located and obtained in such a fashion that "payoffs" aren't needed.
