My best day was at West Hampton, it just so happened to be the first week back to the track after my mom’s funeral. I think it was the first week I wasn’t overthinking the car and racing with a clear head. I entered both the regular eliminator and a separate mustang race both no electronics. I ripped apart the Mustang eliminator (4 rounds) and got down to the final, but the final never ran. Automotion was sponsoring the Mustang Day and they got pissed that Bill on the PA was hyping other mustang shops. They took their money and went home. Monday I went down to Automotion. He told me he felt Gary wasn’t living up to there deal, but he did pay me my split.

In the regular eliminator, I was on, cutting good lights, driving around better lights and got down to 3 cars when they had to pull the plug because it was too late.

Unfortunately I never won a $ race. I runner up’ed twice and split the one time. I won a trophy race once. Man do I need to get my car back together and get back out there.

Good deal.

I was runner up a bunch of times at LID, never got any cash either. Got a sticker once, another time I got a free pass for next time. Most of the time - nothing.
