It appears NEWSDAY may have chosen a side on this issue,... OURS!

But, don't go too crazy, knowing how they work, tomorrow they'll probably have something totally against Organized Racing on Long Island. They do this all the time on many issues. Just ask any one of Long Islands volunteer firefighters.

If there's one thing I learned, about posting to these type of things, it's to be careful with sarcasm!

Some people take everything literally and can't recognize when someone is joking. I don't know if this means they are super-intelligent or just plain stupid! But, be careful! If your going to make a statement like that, follow it up with something that proves you are joking, like a positive comment. Please realize, many still don't know what the abbreviation 'lol' stands for.
