Stark pans EPCAL vote

Though two members of his own party had voted for it, Jim Stark, Republican candidate for Riverhead supervisor, sharply criticized the Town Board's decision last week to authorize exclusive negotiations with Riverhead Resorts for 755 acres in the Planned Recreational zone at EPCAL.
