After an eight-month wait and a contentious but silent bidding war at last Monday's town board meeting, the Riverhead Town Board voted 4-1 at an emergency meeting last Wednesday to choose Riverhead Resorts as the winning bidder to develop upon 755 acres of the recreationally zoned property at Enterprise Park at Calverton.
