I attended the press conference and Mr.Stark seems to be on the ball.

He was clear with what he saw as a problem and outlined why, and he was clear that rex corp with the companies rep and projects is the company to do business with .

He outlined other problems the ski idea would have and just wind up being nothing but problems and never happen..

He also spoke on how the rex corp plan was much more feasible with minimum impact and come to fruition much quicker and actually become viable to the much needed tax base

He definitely seems like he knew what he was talking about and he seemed genuine about it. Lets just pray that he will be able to help us turn the tide on this ghastly mountain.

Too bad the guy from newsday was too afraid to really report on whats going on... he was like a child afraid of having his toy taken away should he report the truth.

we watched it as well. I just called brad from news 12 and asked him to send me a copy of the tape from the press conference. If they arent going to air it I would at least like to have a copy of what was said to know I wasnt imagining driving all the way out there to hear somebody speak.

they just had a 3 min. editoral on news 12, just saying"riverhead chose the snow mountain over a motor sports park". This was Tues. about 4:30pm.
Nothing about the press conf.
