I have a question. What would it take for some type of legal action against the Riverhead
board? Bear with me here as it is a retorical question in a way. Usually when someone in a position of power acts in a irresponsible way, they get sued or a Grand Jury is called to investigate them. What would stop us as a group from sort of a class action for "breach of public trust/responsibility" or something like that? Cannot get them for "breach of fiduciary responsabilty" since it seems that money was a big part of what it was all about.
Anyone have any ideas?

Is this the only place left? I just searched land for sale and found a few places a track could go. Went to www.land.net and searched MLS listings. Theres 58.65 acres in Middle island MLS#1944658, Calverton MLS#1986029, Calverton #1923654 all big parcels, but are they big enough for a track? Just dreaming I guess. I'm sure there's more, just started looking. Why can't we find an old farm for sale and build there? Are all our eggs in the two baskets of yaphank and calverton grumman property?
