Town of RVD voting Monday

The Town will be voting on the Rexcorp. proposal this Monday the 17th at 2:00 PM in the main Town Hall meeting room. Please let me know here, on this thread, if you can come to the meeting. There IS limited seating.

I can be there if you need people. Let me know! The only thing is that I am from Nassau County, so if I get up to speak I do not know how much the board will listen. That is no problem for me in that regards I am married I am used to having someone not listen to me. LOL

If you're coming from LIE take the Rt. 25 east exit and go thru the heart of town. Continue on to Town Hall which will be on your left.

Directions to Riverhead Town Hall:

The Riverhead Town Hall is located on the northeast corner of East Main Street (NYS Route 25) and Howell Avenue,
approximately one mile east of the intersection of Main Street (NYS Route 25) and Peconic Avenue.

To reach that intersection, eastbound travelers can take either
the Long Island Expressway Exit 71 (proceeding eastbound on Nugent Drive to the Peconic Avenue traffic circle),
or
Exit 72, which empties directly onto Route 25 eastbound.

From the South Fork, take NYS Route 24 westbound from Sunrise Highway,
which leads directly to the Peconic Avenue traffic circle.

I did the Oakdale show,good turnout.I mainly gave out membership flyers told people to email board and download letter.Again great response a couple of car clubs took stuff for Reinbeck this weekend.I explained 2:00 on Monday to all.A couple from Calverton said they might make TH meeting.There two other big shows one at Cedar beach and the other at Khols in Deer Park Sunday.I can't make either If someone would like to do the leg work Icould print up flyers and meet you.I'm on south shore Patchogue right off Sunrise.Pm me.They say Deer Park is a big show.

We will be at the show at Cedar beach/Overlook Beach Sunday. We have a booth there. I will print out the flyer for the meeting and run off a couple hundred copies to hand out there. Can't promise we will make Kohls (we usually do) because we will be getting ready for Sunday.

Have to work Monday.I'm gonna try to leave early.Can anybody address the board or do you have to be a resident?If Fordboy has reserved seating for us I might not get there I work in Manhattan and have a meeting I must attend,it's at 9:00am it's a lawsuit they can be guick or go on for hours
