Found this in this week's National Dragster...
If you can't read the text, it says this:
"A convertible Mustang wheelstander? Yup. That's 'Wild Arnie' Frank's L.I. Stang hooking 'em up at New York National Speedway (the L.I. in the name stood for Long Island, Frank's home base). Power for the '66 pony car came from a rear-mounted 426 Chrysler wedge engine. Frank's favorite trick as to pull all four wheels off the ground at launch (note the oversized casters under the back bumper).
