just got back from the long island street rod show....place was packed....cars with driver enter free till 11......looked like the whole island was there......got some sun....got some food...snuck home with some great junk........if ya missed this one....try the one in the fall....cant really find a better swap meet or show on long island....

lets see....bought a pedal car....front tires.....tools.....breaker box for the garage to separate some wiring for the compressor...and stuff.......and lets see.....three t shirts......and something else...forgot what it is....its hidden...will slowly take it out as the week goes on .....oh yeah..some aluminum wax.....and some wet dry sandpaper....1500.......thats it......god i love it...

mike...if youve never been to thier meet your really missing something...i been going to car shows all my life...and i think they have the best show on long island.....what you dont see is on the other side of the field...is as much room for all the vendors that are there......if i can get some more pics ill post them of the vendor section.....also note...that cars and driver are free to enter....where else are you doing to find that??? usually they want 20 dollars to enter....can ya beat that???

I totally forgot about it. That Wicks Rd. spot is one of the good ones easy to get to. Did you see many 9" centers.

Thanks Andy but I hit my head real hard a few years back so could you re post this the day before. I usually make them both every year just ain't been myself lately. Yesterday I thought I was Jackie Gleason. I think I'm losing it. Hold it a minute God is talking to me. Yes Lord I will get them a race track if you could just give me a hand with that satan guy he keeps posting in my head.

thats ok tmac....i got voices....been hearing them since nam.....never shuts up.....also jayman pops into my head from time to time...dont know which is worse...lol....ill post it a week before ....i got it on my calendar.....
