If your a cop come to our next meeting we need your input. As far as building a car get sanctioning body rules book and figure what you want to spend.Add in truck and trailer and tolls for rides to Jersey.

Sorry, got pulled over and my balls busted for failing to stay in lane.

I know what your saying I had a cop that everytime he saw me he would go out of his way to bust my balls and I could never figure out why. This guy past me one day going the other way we were both doing 55+ he spun it around and got me for expired reg.I'm thinking to myself how'd this sob see that little sticker on the window but he finally got me.I'm sure it was a career changing event. I come from a family that has a long history with people on the job. Most cops are there to do their job like all of us with one big difference everytime they walk out the door could be the last because it's their job to protect and serve. My cousin Tom didn't come home.He had a wife and five kids.

Sorry for the loss TMAC...

The law in Chandler, AZ were so mad cuz they could never catch me racing with my '69 Cougar, therefore, I was very sought after and always got caught for stupid small stuff (they even pulled me over one time and gave me Equipment Repair Order for bald tires). As much as I hated cops back then, I now know, they were only doing their job....

I did technically ask for everything they dished, and I wouldn't change a thing is ever given a chance to do it all over again :headbang:

Speaking for myself, no, I'm not retarded. Some other internet boards are a lil' rough with their initiation, not us though. For scratch building, either the link for the IHRA rule book that was posted or a NHRA rule book will answer your questions. Just as an aside, why are you building from scratch? Even if you had the materials on hand, the cost of the electricity to run a welder of any type here on the Island is brutal. Deals can be found that are very cost effective on racing junk and other boards.
