Old 55 chevy gasser info

A freind picked up a old 55 bel air GASSER we are looking to see if we can find some history on it. It came out of Brooklyn, Geriesen Beach !
The car was gold metalflake, no chrome ,no post, keystones on front, strait chrome axel, cut wheel wells, looks like it had INJECTORS on it at one point,
the nose is cut just below directionals.
Small block stick, has some SUFFOLK DRAGWAY and HAMPTON DRAGWAY stickers on it most likely late 60'S Early 70'S, Any info or pictures send me a line
last inspection sticker was 1968

I've been talking to a buddy of mine thats into 55-57 chevys.
And hes from Bklyn.

He has a couple of questions and a gold color sample.

"Did he buy it off a guy named James?
Any pics of the car?
Wonder if its the 55 my friend mike here sold to my friend in bklyn 8 years ago it was org from freeport if it is. one below is a post car just posted for color shade."

It is a bright gold metal flake
The guy,s name was Bobby R.I.P. I was told by someone else that was trying to buy this car for 10 years . Bob would not sell it was his brothers car , He went to NAM and never came back . The car is done in real bad yellow paint job now . The car has a 3 point roll bar = main hoop and one bar going fowart to right floor, from next to driver
