I vote dead.
So it appears that we can be held hostage for another 15 months for a mere $10 million. I had thought I had read that somewhere before. Thanks for the link.

Never happen.
Can the new administration bury this issue if it wants now or are they held to a binding contract if these people keep making minimum payment? Can they drag this on forever?Do we have a place "B"? And people wonder why Long Island is the way it is.Lets keep stopping progress.
Seeing as how the race track traffic was going to make such a disaster of the roads what was this amuesment park going to do,fly you in.

The Riverhead Town board had a special meeting yesterday at 12pm.
The meeting was originally scheduled for next Tuesday night but was changed to yesterday with little or no notice.
They voted yes to extend the RR contact extension until May 2010 without any payment!
Phil and company can change the contract without any public input
Phil it does'nt matter what you do in your last days of office. The snow on the mountain is slowly melting.
