Is adding nitrous worth it?

Hey all,

Little assistance if possible. I am thinking about adding nitrous to my car.

1970 Cougar - 351C w/750 Holley Carb, Keith Black Pistons, Competition Cams, Billet Distributor, Roller Rockers, 3700 Stall Converter, Flowmaster Exhaust, 456 Auburn rearend, w/Micky Thompson Slicks.

1.) Is it worth it?
2.) What would be best to use?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
